About 3 weeks before travel, without warning, I got an email from to say my booking was cancelled. I messaged them advising that, if they wanted full payment to let me know, so I could transfer from my savings. As I keep a small credit balance on my account, and was not expecting a payment to be taken, it was declined. Firstly, despite being advised that we should pay on arrival at the Hotel, they tried to take full payment on my card. We had a couple of issues with the administration of the property prior to arrival. It arrived safely in Indonesia after some times.… Upon check out we realized that my wife left her scarf in the apartment. We have a pleasant stay for 2 days during November 2019. They provided map which helpful, otherwise there is maps for sale in the bookstore in the Termini Station for 2-3 €. We manage to cook basic asian cuisine by ourselves. They have common room with basic amenities and some cutlery. Towel and amenities are provided for a price. He prepared bread, juice, milk for basic breakfast. He explain everything about the apartment and told us how to open the entrance door which is a little bit difficult. Ovidio waited at the apartment with his son answering my buzz. Actually the apartment consists of 4 rooms but 1 room is empty and for only for the owner. The location is great, very close to Termini and easy to find with google maps. I traveled with my family of 7 people and 1 kids.
